The public organization "Innovative Horizon of Ukraine" is an organization that unites citizens based on the community of interests of its members for the implementation of goals and objectives.
The main goal of the organization is to satisfy and protect the scientific, social, cultural, educational and other interests of members of the organization and citizens, to preserve the Ukrainian language, to promote patriotism. To fulfil and achieve the main goal, the Organization acts in the following areas, in the manner prescribed by the current legislation:
- contributes to the preservation of Ukrainian culture, traditions and language;
- popularizes at the regional and international level the national-cultural, scientific and educational heritage of the Ukrainian nation;
- assistance in the publication of educational, methodological and educational literature (reference books, teaching aids, etc.) in the Ukrainian language for further use in preschool and out-of-school institutions, institutions of secondary and higher education;
- supports the work of national folklore groups and national cultural museums in the region;
- supports and strengthens cultural ties with other national and cultural public organizations of Ukraine and abroad;
- promotes the development of international relations and cooperation with other national-cultural organizations;
- attracts student and student youth to participate in the organization of various events in order to meet their spiritual needs and harmonious personal development, the development of the national-patriotic spirit of modern youth;
- cooperates with state and non-governmental organizations on issues of education, science, culture and development of national traditions, et al.
Membership in the organization is voluntary. Members of the public organization "Innovative Horizon of Ukraine" can be citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons who are legally in Ukraine, who have reached the age of 14, who support the goals and objectives of the Organization and recognize its Charter.

Tetiana SHAROVA – Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Social Science and Humanities at Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University; Head of the Educational and Scientific Centre of TSATU. Since 2019 Tetiana is an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality; from October 2021 she was an expert of the National Qualifications Agency on accreditation of qualification centres; since 2020 she is an educational expert of institutional audit in institutions of general secondary education in Zaporizhzhia region; since 2020 she is a member of the scientific and methodical commission (subcommission) of the sector of vocational pre-higher education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (014 Secondary education); since 2021 she is a member of the subject (industry) expert group of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine (conducting examination of marking objects and making decisions on recommendations for their use in the educational space); since 2021 she is an expert on accreditation examination of curricula of pre-higher vocational education. |

Alina ZEMLIANSKA – Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate professor of the Department of Social Science and Humanities at Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University; Master of Philosophy, educational program "Philosophy. Analysis of socio-political, cultural, educational and religious processes"; senior specialist of the Educational and Scientific Centre of TSATU and the secretary of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the university. Since 2022 she is a member of the subject (sector) expert group of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine (conducting examination of marking objects and making decisions on recommendations for their use in the educational space). She has an active social position and is a co-founder of the Innovative Horizons of Ukraine public organization, the main purpose of which is to protect scientific, social, cultural, educational and other interests of the organization members and citizens, preserve the Ukrainian language, and promote patriotism. |

Sergii SHAROV is a Candidate of Pedagogics, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Computer Science at Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University. In 2015, he received a Master's degree in Computer Science and got a qualification of a higher education computer science teacher. In 2023, he graduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science. He has teaching experience in topics of algorithmisation and programming, databases, and design of information systems. |
